Our Story

A Journey Born
from Passion

Italian Cousine was founded in Bogotá with a single, powerful conviction: that every kitchen — whether in a family home or a world-class restaurant — deserves the timeless elegance and precision of Italian craftsmanship.

What began as a small import operation, bringing a handful of authentic Italian kitchen pieces to Colombian restaurants, has grown into Bogotá's most trusted source for premium Italian cuisine equipment and installation expertise. Today, we are proud to have transformed hundreds of kitchens across the city, bringing the warmth, beauty, and functionality of Italy to Calle Primera and beyond.

2014

The Beginning

Italian Cousine is founded in Bogotá. Our first shipment of Italian kitchen equipment arrives, destined for three pioneering restaurants in the Chapinero district.

2017

Expanding to Homes

Growing demand from residential clients leads us to launch our home kitchen division, bringing Italian elegance to private residences across Bogotá.
